• Disinfect toilet, sink, mirror, shower / tub, and floor

• Change garbage

• Dust fixtures

Living Room Cleaning:

• Vacuum/Mop all floors

• Dust all furniture, shelves and any fixtures

• Under Furniture (Discussed during Quotation)

Laundry Room Cleaning:

• Wipe down washer and dryer

• Clean the floor

• Empty garbage

Kitchen Cleaning:

• Wipe down all countertops and small appliances

• Inner and Outer Surface of Microwave

• Clean the outside of the fridge and dishwasher

• Wash and sanitize the sink

• Clean the outside of cupboards

• Clean the top and front of the stove

• Vacuum / mop floors

Bedroom Cleaning:

• Make beds

• Change garbage

• Wipe Down Furniture

• Clean Under Furniture (Discussed During Quotation)

Includes everything from Standard Cleaning, plus:

• Wiping of baseboards

• Cleaning light switches and electrical plugs

• Cleaning doors

• Spot washing walls

Move In/Move Out Cleaning

Includes everything from Standard and Deep Cleaning plus all inner cupboards , drawers and closets. ensuring a comprehensive clean for new tenants or homeowners.
